How to rotate tabs in Firefox
Firefox Addin - Tab Rotator by David Fichtmueller

In settings configure:
Rotation Time = 180;60
The first tab stays on for 180 seconds then rotates to the second tab which stays on for 60 seconds, then back to the first tab and so forth.
Enable Automatic Startup
Leave the rest of the settings as their default values.
